Please tell us at [email protected] or describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. If the items in your package are damaged, missed, or you received incorrect items, please register with us and provide photos. Please keep the image below 2MB.


Different solutions for different responsibilities

  1. If Cherryourshop is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or reship a free item.
  2. If the customer is responsible for the issue, such as having ordered an incorrect size product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.


The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items. Our warranty does not apply to the above products. However, if you feel you have any questions, you can still contact us.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. We offer a cancellation service for these orders with a $7 cancellation fee, provided the parcel is returned to the sender and not delivered in error.

It is important to note that all item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for return /exchange /refund.

You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you. We refuse return /exchange /refund requests for orders that take longer than 15 days upon receiving the items. Therefore, if you have a problem, please email us within 15 days of receiving the item.


  1. For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
  2. For items that require a refund, your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order.The refund time frame is as below:

    Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
    Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days


  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account first.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs that are nonrefundable.
