We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?

We ship from both warehouses so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, send us an email at and we will gladly track your orders for you.


Taxes are included in the price if you are in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. Please note that all packages are shipped from the CherryourShop warehouse. Except for the countries we mentioned above, in other countries, our goods are not taxed, so import duties may occur depending on your country’s customs and shipping method. You can check with your local customs office for more information.
